Refund policy

Thank you for choosing EasyUpgrade. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or placing an order.
1. No Returns / Exchanges
EasyUpgrade plans and services are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once purchased.
Because EasyUpgrade is a subscription-based service linked to device verification, plan allocation, and guaranteed buyback value, we do not accept returns for any reason including:

Change of mind
-
Incorrect selection
-
Wrong device model selected
-
Plan not required later
-
Personal preference
2. When a Refund Is Applicable
A refund will only be issued if:

Your subscription is rejected by EasyUpgrade due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable data submitted by the customer (e.g. invalid IMEI, wrong device information, fraud attempts, unverifiable identity).

EasyUpgrade is unable to activate your plan due to compliance or system error.
In such cases, the subscription amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
3. Rejection Due to Incorrect / Fraudulent Data
EasyUpgrade reserves the right to reject a subscription if:

Device information does not match the customer’s submission

IMEI or serial number validation fails

Photos or documents provided are intentionally misrepresented

The customer attempts misuse/manipulation of the plan or pricing

Identity verification fails or is not completed
-
The customer is found to be ineligible for the plan based on internal checks
Rejection timelines may vary. Customers may be asked to provide additional documents before refund approval.
4. Device Condition at Buyback Stage
This policy applies only at the time of subscription purchase.
Buyback eligibility at the end of the plan is governed by EasyUpgrade’s Buyback Terms, which require:

Verified IMEI/device match

Device powered on and functional
-
No motherboard or major damage
-
Device not blacklisted/lost/stolen

5. Cancellation of Orders Due to Errors
EasyUpgrade reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of:

Pricing errors
-
Technical issues
-
System glitches
-
Fraudulent transactions
-
Regulatory restrictions
Refunds in such cases will be processed in accordance with Section 2.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Raising unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact may result in:
