At EasyUpgrade, we do not ship physical products. All our plans and services are delivered digitally.


1. No Physical Shipping

EasyUpgrade is a subscription-based digital service. There are no physical products dispatched and therefore no shipping or courier services involved.


2. Delivery of Subscription e-Kit

Once your subscription order is successfully processed and verified, your EasyUpgrade e-Kit will be delivered to your registered email ID.

Delivery Timeline:
📩 7–14 working days from the date of successful verification & plan approval.

Your e-Kit includes:

  • Subscription confirmation

  • Plan details

  • Buyback value & eligibility

  • IMEI/device registration

  • Terms & instructions for upgrade/redemption

  • Contact support information


3. Verification Hold or Delay

If the information or documents submitted at the time of purchase are inaccurate, incomplete, or pending validation, your e-Kit delivery may be delayed. You may be contacted to provide additional details.


4. Incorrect Email Information

EasyUpgrade is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:

  • Incorrect email address entered during checkout

  • Email inbox/storage issues

  • Emails landing in spam/junk folders

Please ensure that your email and phone details are correct at the time of purchase.


5. Order Status & Support

If you have not received your e-Kit within the expected timeline, please contact:

IMPORTANT NOTE

Your plan only becomes active once the e-Kit is delivered and confirmed. Please retain your e-Kit for future upgrade/redemption.
